Born and raised in California, I spent my early adult years in Chicago. I originally completed my license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #178004065) in Illinois before moving back to California in 2005. Here I completed additional coursework and clinical work to became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFT53274).

Over the years, I've worked in international ministry, career counseling, academic success, college student development, mental health clinic work, and psychotherapy private practice. I have served in private practice in the community for 16 years.

I live with my husband, our two kids, and our miniature schnauzer.

Fees & Insurance

My standard rate is $180 per 50 minute session. I usually simply bill a card on file after each session. This keeps it simple and seamless.

For confidentiality reasons, many clients prefer "private pay." I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly in insurance panels. I am happy to provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance provider for any possible reimbursement. It's a good idea for you to check what your mental health benefits may include.
